The Department for Energy Security and Net Zero clarified that the impacted facility was a small-scale generator. They assured that the UK’s overall energy infrastructure remained secure and resilient. The National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) further noted that there have been no reports of outages affecting major regulated power stations.
